A beige ceramic vase with a hole near the top holds orange flowers. The vase is placed on top of a stack of three white books, with a pair of glasses resting on the top book. In the background, there is a framed abstract artwork and a small bowl with wooden sticks on a wooden surface.

Individual Session

$100

Individual therapy with a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) differs from general counseling by focusing on how your personal struggles are connected to your relationships and family history. Instead of just looking at what’s happening "inside" you, an LMFT looks at the "system" you live in—your family, your work, and your social circles.

EMDR Session

$125

An Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) session is a specialized, evidence-based approach designed to help you process and "unstick" traumatic or distressing memories that still impact your daily life. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR focuses less on discussing the details of the event and more on changing how the memory is stored in your brain.

Couple/Family Session

$115

Sessions for couples and families with an LMFT are designed to treat the relationship as the "client" rather than any one individual. This systemic approach focuses on how patterns of interaction, communication, and shared history influence the group’s health.

I believe that financial constraints shouldn't be a barrier to finding your way back to yourself. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need and household income to ensure therapy remains accessible.
